The process of transfer of business is conditioned by a number of factors such as underlying causes and who initiates the process. However, there are some factors that can usually come into play and leads to a decision and possible implementation, such as:

  • Review of all 3rd party agreements to be transferred

  • Review of employee agreements 

  • Review of other operations that affect the business transfer

  • Preparation of an agreement 

  • Support due diligence process 

  • Review of the construction records

  • Preparation of an action plan up to the time of takeover, preparing inventory

  • Carry out the takeover and sign the takeover protocol

  • Carry out pro & contra within the agreed time frame
